MATTERS ARISING.(Clerks Report):
S137 up to £500 donation towards Whittington broadband volunteers agreed with Parish Councillors and legal dept, Lancaster City Council, on production of invoices, as and when requested.
Wagtail Parish Magazine request a representative from Whittington to join the committee - volunteers from the parish please contact, in the first instance, a member of the Parish Council or the Clerk.
Township Quarry - a substantial amount of tipped stone has appeared from unknown origins. Cllrs agreed to try to find out who placed it there, and why, and to dispose of it accordingly.
Community Right to Register Dragon's Head as a community asset with Lancaster City Council agreed by Cllrs.
