Crimes: There have been no crimes reported.
Incidents: Incidents: On 11th a complaint was received about mud on the road south of Whittington. County Highways were called. On 23rd a complaint was received about a neighbour. Both parties were spoken to be a local Community Beat Manager.

MINUTES. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 3rd September 2012 were read and signed as a true record by Cllr Pelter.

MATTERS ARISING. Potholes in Docker are becoming much worse, City Cllr Williamson to pursue this matter. Clerk attended Employment Workshop.

OTHER MATTERS. Overgrown hedges Church Street and Hosticle Lane, Clerk to contact landowner. Cllr Pelter to present the Armistice Day wreath on condition the names of those parishioners who died are read out. Lancaster City Council Preparation of a local plan for Lune Valley and Lancaster District Consultation events at Hornby Institute 26th Nov, Caton Victoria Institute 28th Nov and The Centre Halton 6th Dec.
