Proposal.  Change of use from substation to storage
For.    Mr Nick Hall
Site Address  Land rear of 6, Manor Farm, Church St. Whittington, Carnforth.
Clerk instructed to write to LCC Planning Dept. expressing the Council's concerns on this application. It is considered that the change of use would result in more frequent visits to the building to load and unload stored goods. Due to the very close proximity of the building to 6 & 7 Manor Farm this would cause disturbance to the residents. Parking is already a problem in this area of Church St, which is close to the junction with Manor Farm and B6254; additional vehicles loading and unloading would be unacceptable. The proposed change to the roof line may take light from the rear windows of 7, Manor Farm.

Cllr. Lawson will contact Mike Harper about progress on painting the sight railings.
Cllr. Hodgson and clerk reported the seats around the parish are in safe condition to date.
