  7. OTHER MATTERS:
Cllr. Hodgson reported on the meeting on police matters and gave out a new leaflet on 'Crimestoppers'

Dog fouling has been a problem on Church St. One resident (not a dog owner)cleared 21 'deposits' from outside his property and disinfected the footway, another had to clear one from his gateway. The council agreed that this is not acceptable. Parishioners are asked to report offenders to the PC Knowles or PCSO Hoover either by phone or when they visit with the Library van or their monthly visit (dates displayed on the notice board) One of them will speak with the dog owner. It is an offence to allow your dog to foul the footway.

The sorry state of Burrow Mill Lane was commented on, also an untidy property on Docker Lane.

THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING will be held at 8pm on Tuesday 29th April. All parishioners are welcome to attend, hear the Chairman's report and raise matters for the Council's attention.

The next Council meeting will be the AGM on 6th May at 8pm
