In villages such as Whittington many houses were not provided with postal address.  As a result only houses which had been given a name are identified.  The remainder can only be identified by the name of the Head of Household.  Where the name of the property was provided it is given here.
At the bottom of this page there are two Tabs.  One  table is laid out in  alphebetical order of the name of the Head of Household.  As a result the very left column is not in strict alphabetical order as it contains the names of every person in the household.
The By Surname Tab enables a simple search to find an individual.  The Household in which that persons name was returned can then be identified and a check on the By Household Tab will provide information on all other people dwelling in the property as well as additional information provided.
